Solaiman Abdullah Elkhereiji Consultants (SAK) which is a consulting firm of Architects and Engineers with an experience of more than 40 years in this field, has its main office located in Jeddah, branch offices in Riyadh, Madinah, Al Khobar, Cairo, Milano and site offices in Makkah, Rabigh, Dammam and Taif. Our multi disciplinary firm provides a complete spectrum of services essential in the field of architectural and engineering design consultancy, Construction Site Supervision and Project management. In line with our steady growth and to offer our clients a more comprehensive service, we have gradually broaden our original Architectural and Engineering skills to provide overall Project Planning, Site Supervision, Construction Management, Industrial Design, 3D Graphics, Interior Design, Sustainable Design and Health & Safety Services.

We have a highly experienced team of Architects and Engineers who are involved in all stages of projects of various natures from inception to completion.SAK has received the Quality Assurance Certificate for Consultants ISO 9001:2008 and we also hold the NFPA «National Fire Protection Association» Certificate - USA (Fire Safety Certificate).

SAK design portfolio includes: Palaces, Villas, Housing Compounds, Residential Towers, Affordable Housing, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Mosques, Shopping Malls, Office Buildings, Commercial Centers, Warehouse, Bio medical Center, Solar Farm, Master Planning, Regional and Urban Planning. The Urban and Regional City Planning Department of SAK Consultants has completed designs of 185 towns and cities all around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Recently, SAK has been awarded ALJ – Toyota Prototype Showroom design for all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, JDURC Salman Bay Housing Design Review, Apartment Building design for affordable housing and Construction Supervision Project for 3 million sq. m., Riyadah Investment Company Master planning complete design phase for Jeddah Housing complex for 2.5 million sq. m., Emaar Economic City Rabigh construction supervision, New Trauma Centre for Dr. Solaiman Fakeeh Hospital including DSFH Residential tower Complete design and supervision and King Abdullah City for Science and Technology (KACST) Residential Master Plan and Building designs for 600 residential units, KACST Bio medical facility and KACST Solar farm and large scale project for Royal Guard facilities Master planning, Ewaan Alfareeda Community Centre, Mosque and Retail and various buildings.

The company has no ownership or associations with non professional companies and is privately owned. SAK has an excellent knowledge of the Saudi market which has been accumulated over more than 40 years of operation, its long list of clients which include various Government Agencies, Private Sector Corporations and Individuals. Commissions for the firm includes projects for Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu, Ministry of Petroleum & Mineral Resources, Petromin, Ministry of Municipalities and Rural Affairs, Riyadh Municipality, Emaar, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Aramco, Abdul Lateef Jameel, Alforsan Global Industrial Complex, Riyadah Investment Company, Royal Guard, National Guard, Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, Jeddah Municipality, Ministry of Education and various other clients. We regularly introduce many International Architectural and Engineering firms who specialize in certain field for their services as subconsultants on project to project basis, and currently there are 7 Specialist International firms involved with us with various projects. The SAK specialist Design and Sustainability Review Groups are comprised of members from around the world. Meeting monthly, the Groups review and audit all projects to ensure that excellence in design and highest levels of sustainability are achieved at every stage of every project, every time.
