The Aramex facility is developed to act as a central distribution center for Aramex in the Saudi Arabia and the region.

The facility shall contain around 40,000 m2 of clear racking storage area, with a clear storage height of 10m. The facility shall be gated and secured.

The latest TAPA security measures shall have adopted in the facility.

The project is located at a prime location just next to the port.

The plot number is 1C 21-26, surrounded by roads on all sides, with an area of 96,966 m2.

The plot has around 1000 m of circumference adjacent to roads, where the design of the building shall be visible from all sides, therefore all sides of the building is treated to look elegant.
