ALJ is the sole distributor of Toyota vehicles in Saudi Arabia and, since its beginning in 1945, ALJ owns and occupies a prime 21-hectare site in Jeddah that is undergoing a major master plan. The site contains a range of existing uses including: Vehicle Service Center, Parts workshops, general offices, training centers and new vehicle stockyard.

This head quarter will be host around 2,500 ALJ associates.

The tower consists of:

• Basement floors (3 nos.)
• Ground floor
• Upper Floors (23 floors)

ALJ as a Client and AEDAS as a design consultant commissioned SAK to perform Architect of Record Services.
