This simple, but unique showroom and workshop facilities cover a total area of 3,151 m2.  The external curtain walling system is an inclined “Starphire’ low-iron clear glass 17.5 mm thick.  It is supported on tubular steel frame coated with Sigmaferro paint.  The design received the appreciation of the Riyadh Municipality Jury.

The overall architectural appearance of the building is that of a domestic feel and character. The finishes chosen, both external and internal, are high quality and durable in nature, so as to attract potential end users.
