The Elkhereiji Group decided to create a new group office facility in Jeddah to meet the organisation’s growing need for accommodation with a flexible interior design.

The building, located on Al Rawdah Street in Jeddah, houses administration offices divided across eight floors and features homogeneous voids that create strong architectural links between the different departments.

SAK was appointed to design a landmark headquarter building for Elkhereiji Group to accommodate the offices for various businesses. The client accepted SAK’s design proposal with a fusion between modern and traditional architectural style. The brief was for a design that would reflect the architectural heritage of the region, yet be of a unique style that would provide a focal attraction among other office buildings in the area. It also had to provide the flexibility to adapt to the company’s future changing needs.
