Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is regarded, at the Arab Countries level, as a pioneer in offering special health care and medical services. The government works hard to increase the number of hospitals, which offer the patients quality service. There are many university and government hospitals as well as specialized ones. The existence of complex specializations, in the medical field, required the necessity of having specialized centers for offering high-level medical service, which is reflected in the health of individual and society. SAK along with Amar Center was commissioned to design this landmark hospital complex.

The Project Goals: The project aims at establishing a specialized center for providing quality service in the medical field at the international level. It will contain, in the first stage, one hundred beds and offer the following:

1. A polyclinic hospital, which will provide service at the out-patients department, and contain in-patients rooms, operation rooms and an intensive care unit.
2. Diabetes and its complication center, which will contain complex specializations clinics and medical instructions and edification clinics.
3. One-day care in which all the human organs will be checked.
4. A specialized unit for children who are diabetic.
