SAK along with RBSD was commissioned to design a 1,350 beds hospital complex for general medicine, surgery, psychiatry, pediatrics and rehabilitation. 3,000 units of staff housing support facilities for the Ministry of Health, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Also designed 3000 housing units for the staff with all facilities.
