The new Quality Control Laboratory building was constructed in Jeddah City, the site is located at southern area of Jeddah Islamic Sea Port customs office, over an area of 14,400 square meters included five floors with basement levels for parking. It consists of all administrative and technical sections necessary to execute the work.

The building has a modern design, with some beyond modernization design elements and it represents a strong distinction with the adjacent surroundings, hence ensuring its importance and value. The most impressive aspect of the building is its simplicity in design and flexibility in motion
