Al Basodan Group awarded SAK this project to design and supervise the commercial and office building in Riyadh. Riyadh being the capital city of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is the center for government ministries, diplomatic functions and international commerce, hence there was a high demand for a landmark building to provide commercial and retail space for this ever-growing city.

The project consists of 11 levels; this includes two basement car parking levels, retail area in the ground and mezzanine floors, upper six floors for office space and a pent house suite.

SAK’s role in the project was to design and supervise the entire project from inception to completion. The building design combines the traditional architectural style of the central region of Riyadh with a combination of modern ornamental style.
