The client is interested to have 2 Fully Automatic Production Lines align with necessary support facilities like Raw Material Warehouse, Utility Building, Finished Goods Store, Operational Offices & Staff Support Area.

Kindly note that MODON is allowing land occupation 50-55% in the industrial city and the area of future extension is not to be more than 25% of the area. Further, MODON is allowing the maximum height of production units is 20m, measured from the surrounding streets level, to the highest point in the hall ceiling.
