The master plan concept and vision is to address many concerns such as the quality of the environment, the efficiency of infrastructure network, the growth of employment and housing affordability within Jeddah. the development seeks to attract potential residents away from traffic congested areas within Jeddah and to create desirable, affordable neighbourhoods for residents to live, work and relax.

When asked why people choose to live in particular locations, most people usually say ‘the area’. people want to live in places where there is a good range of amenities and facilities located within easy reach such as parks, playgrounds, Mosques, shops, schools and good transport links to places that they need to get to.

All of these things have been considered in the development of Al- Rayadah residential Community Project and more, constituting good neighbourhoods, which are the fundamental building blocks of a sustainable community.
