SAK commissioned Red Sea Housing to develop the Affordable Housing Apartment Building project in Jeddah, SAK scope is to design an apartment block (G+6) each floor to have four apartments including ground floor, each apartment will be approximately 180 M2, circulation area per floor 40 m² approximately, hence total built up area = 2,800 m².

The ground floor could either have only one apartment and a common area (example: Drivers rooms, technical rooms, etc.) or it could also have 2 (two) apartments.

Our scope also includes Study, Review and Report the adaptation of “Directional” construction methodology in KSA.
